Description

To the p5.js community, “contributing” means many different things including teaching, documentation, writing code, making art, writing, design, activism, curating, bug reporting, organizing, and more. We seek to erase the line between user and contributor, and expand the definitions of both as far and wide as possible. Diverse perspectives come together to make a tool that enables many different people to express themselves creatively. The following contributions are manifestations of p5.js through art, code, community events, workshops, educational programs, publications, and more.

Additional essays by Casey REAS, Aren Davey, Luis Morales-Navarro, Taeyoon Choi, Dorothy Santos, Claire Kearney-Volpe, Olivia Ross, Xin Xin, Stalgia Grigg, Aarón Montoya-Moraga, and Johanna Hedva. Accompanying illustrations by Alice M. Chung. The zine was designed by Stefanie Tam. Assistant Editing by Jesse Cahn Thompson, Editing by Lauren Lee McCarthy.
